Job Description
S:US is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in their homes. This role involves supervising Direct Support Professionals, managing the facility's condition, and ensuring appropriate care and medication adherence. The company prioritizes a positive and supportive environment and offers opportunities for professional growth.
Requirements
- Associates Degree preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of three years experience in MR/DD or related field
- AMAP trained, SCIP-R trained, CPR & First Aid Trained
- Valid NYS driver’s license
- Associates Degree preferred
