Job Description
S:US is seeking Shift Supervisors for intellectual/developmental disabilities support. This position focuses on ensuring a person-centered approach to care and providing resources to assist individuals with disabilities in living fulfilling lives. The Shift Supervisor will monitor adherence to plans, supervise staff, and contribute to quality improvement processes. The role emphasizes dignity, independence, and community involvement.
