Job Description
S:US is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support people with intellectual/developmental disabilities in a safe and supportive environment. The role involves ensuring person-centered care, monitoring adherence to plans, providing staff with resources, and serving as a role model for staff and individuals supported. S:US emphasizes dignity, independence, and community engagement within a quality care setting.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or approved equivalent
- 2-3 years’ experience in Intellectual Disabilities/IDD or related field
- Effective written and oral communication skills
