Job Description
S:US is seeking a Shift Supervisor to provide support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in a safe environment. The role involves ensuring person-centered care, monitoring adherence to plans, providing habilitation, and promoting independence and dignity. It is a full-time position with flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional development within a well-established organization.
Requirements
- Ensures a person-centered focus on providing care and support
- Provides habilitation services as prescribed in service plans
- Supervises and instructs Direct Support Professionals
- Manages people supported during absence of the Program Director
- Operates FEMA programs, as necessary
