Job Description
S:US is seeking a licensed full-time Social Worker to join their Hill House Program in the Bronx, NY. The role involves client case management, coordinating services within a crisis-driven environment, and providing guidance on psychosocial stressors and treatment options. The position requires a LMSW or LMHC.
Requirements
- Under the supervision of the Director of Social Service, the Social Worker is responsible for client case management and coordination of client services.
- Experience in assessment, service planning, and community referrals is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekend or evening hours.
