Job Description
S:US is seeking Wellness Coaches who are passionate about helping others and have a knack for turning life's challenges into opportunities for growth. These case managers will assist consumers with accessing community services and guide them through the development of a recovery and self-determination plan. Opportunities exist for advancement to other roles within the not-for-profit social services arena.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in human services or related field
- Minimum of two years’ experience working with people with a mental illness
- Computer literacy in word processing and excellent writing skills
