Job Description
S:US is seeking Wellness Coaches to assist consumers with accessing community services, such as medical, psychological, and substance abuse, through referral networks. This role involves case management, assessment, goal setting, and collaboration with residents in developing recovery and housing support plans. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in human services or a related field
- Minimum of two years’ experience working with people with mental illness
- Computer literacy in word processing
