Job Description
S:US is seeking a Wellness Coach to act as a case manager, assisting individuals with mental illness in accessing community services and building a referral network. The role focuses on empowering clients and fostering their recovery, independence, and self-determination. This position is ideal for those passionate about social services and interested in career progression within the non-profit sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in human services or related field
- Minimum of two years’ experience working with people with mental illness
- Computer literacy and strong writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
