Job Description
The Sutter Medical Group of the Redwoods (SMGR) is seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to join their growing outpatient care team. The role involves both direct clinical care and program leadership within a multi-disciplinary environment, focusing on psychiatric evaluations, risk assessments, and crisis intervention. This position offers opportunities for professional growth and leadership within a well-established physician-led medical group.
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry
- Strong interest or experience in program development and leadership with a multidisciplinary team
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care and value-based care (preferred)
