Job Description
Sutter Health is seeking a Physician, Psychiatrist for a full-time role at Santa Rosa, CA. This role combines clinical care with program leadership, involving both direct patient care and fostering innovation within a collaborative group. Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry
- Strong interest or experience in program development and leadership
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care and value-based care
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with value-based care and innovative thinking
