Requirements

• 7+ years of functional business analyst experience
• 5+ year of technical analyst experience
• Project management skills
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM software
• Experience with PeopleSoft technical workbench - PeopleTools
• Experience with a PeopleSoft implementation and/or upgrade
• Ability to analyze business processes and system technologies
• Ability to develop comprehensive system test plans, training and communications strategies
