Job Description
SV Tech Systems is seeking a PeopleSoft ePerformance TAM/CG Business Analyst to develop human resource technology solutions that comply with legal regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience with ePerformance and TAM/CG on 9.1, with 9.2 experience being a plus.
Requirements
- 7+ years of functional business analyst experience
- 5+ years of technical analyst experience with PeopleSoft technical workbench
- Project management skills
- Experience with PeopleSoft 9.0 or later
- Experience with a PeopleSoft implementation and/or upgrade
- Ability to facilitate business and system process improvement discussions
- Ability to analyze business processes and system technologies
- Ability to develop comprehensive system test plans and training and communications strategies
- Ability to multi-task and effectively use resources
- Experience working with internal, external and off-shore IT resources
