Swan is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Manager to represent the company in Belgium, manage existing customers, and drive revenue growth. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, excellent consultative sales skills, and a solid understanding of technical and compliance concepts. The ideal candidate will be able to develop a deep understanding of the market, build long-term relationships, and drive partner success.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a strategic business development position, account management position in a start-up/scale-up, another fast-paced work environment or in a consulting firm.
- Passionate about partner success and building long-term relationships.
- Data-driven and highly analytical.
- Believe automation is key to delivering scalable and efficient partner success.
- Strong interest in startups and emerging technology businesses.
- Can understand and articulate technical concepts, translating them into business- or industry-relevant language.
- Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with professional proficiency in English.
