Job Description
The Scrum Master enables Agile teams to deliver high-quality digital IT solutions efficiently and predictably through following agile practices, removing impediments, and supporting cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- 3–7+ years' experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery role in digital IT environments
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile principles
- Experience working with cross-functional project and engineering teams
- Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence)
