Job Description
The Scrum Master plays a crucial role in ensuring the Scrum team operates effectively, embraces agile principles, and delivers valuable products through continuous improvement and collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
- Scrum Master certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) from recognized organizations.
- 3+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master.
- Experience working with cross-functional and self-organizing teams in software development or other relevant industries.
- Proven track record of successfully facilitating Scrum teams and delivering high-quality products using agile methodologies.
