Senior Governance Consultant

Design and implement enterprise governance frameworks, lead Steering Committees, and define decision-making models. Oversee risk, issue, and compliance management frameworks and ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and performance measurement.

Requirements

• 11+ years of experience in Governance, Program Management, or Enterprise Transformation
• Strong experience in designing governance frameworks for large organizations
• Expertise in risk management, compliance, and internal controls
• Experience working within PMO or transformation offices
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to operate in complex, cross-functional environments
