Design and implement enterprise onboarding governance frameworks, define onboarding policies, standards, and compliance controls, and align onboarding processes with Target Operating Model (TOM).
Requirements
- 11+ years of experience in Governance, Program Management, Business Management, or Operating Model Design.
- Proven experience designing enterprise onboarding or process governance frameworks.
- Strong background in Project/Program Management within complex organizations.
- Experience working within PMO, Strategy, or Transformation Offices.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience operating in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
