Senior People & Process Consultant

Design and optimize organizational structures, develop and implement RACI matrices and accountability frameworks, and lead workforce alignment initiatives. Analyze, map, and redesign end-to-end business processes and implement process governance frameworks. Support enterprise transformation initiatives through people and process alignment.

Requirements

• 11+ years of experience in Organizational Design, Business Process Management, or Enterprise Transformation
• Strong expertise in operating model development and workforce alignment
• Experience leading process reengineering initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams in complex organizations
