SWBC is seeking a talented individual to perform inside sales, placement, and service of SWBC and client's financial products by facilitating inbound/outbound calls regarding availability and suitability of products/services.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of six (6) months of inbound calling experience
- Consumer lending experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of personal computers to include MS Excel, MS Access, and other related programs
- Able to work under sometimes stressful conditions while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Detail oriented and be able to multitask
- Able to sit for long periods of time assisting with telephone calls or other related duties
- Able to stoop, kneel, and lift 10-20 lbs. of files or other documents
