Implementation Manager

We’re SweedPos — a product-driven tech company building an all-in-one cannabis retail platform. We’re looking for an experienced Implementation Manager to join our team and own end-to-end customer implementations in a complex, regulated environment. The company is 200+ people strong, with a globally distributed development organization and a customer success organization based in the US. The role requires managing multiple implementations, leading customer calls, building implementation plans, and partnering with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has 3-7 years of experience in SaaS implementation and project management, with experience in regulated or high-complexity environments. Requirements

• Direct ownership of end-to-end implementations
• Strong project management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Proven record of delivering implementations on time
• Strong project/time management and customer-facing communication
