Restaurant Maintenance Technician

Swensons Restaurant is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Restaurant Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of their restaurants and facilities. The role involves troubleshooting equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Requirements

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled day to day maintenance of all restaurants
• Perform regular preventative maintenance on all restaurant equipment
• Inspect, operate, or test equipment to diagnose malfunctions
• Understand and have experience in facility refurbishment, renovations, and new building installations
• Perform building, sidewalk and parking lot repairs as needed
• Ability to work within a team and on your own
• Ability to work within maintenance budgets to meet set objectives
• Communication with appropriate parties on progress and any concerns
• Ensure adherence to health/safety procedures and policies
• Standard work hours Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime
• Availability to be on-call for emergencies
