3+ years of experience in data engineering, bachelor's or master's degree in a related field, experience leading small teams or mentoring junior engineers

5+ years of experience in engineering or architecture roles, strong foundation in batch-oriented systems, experience with tools like UC4, cloud services, and modern processing approaches

Experience in lead position, systems design, high performance computing, and problem-solving

Must have excellent technical proficiency in usage and administrator of Azure services, strong experience with PowerShell/Bash scripting, in-depth knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization, strong skills with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning, knowledge of Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and release management, experience managing teams of DevOps engineers

Native Japanese proficiency required. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is expected. Associate's degree is preferred. TOEIC 800 score is a plus
