Job Description
We are seeking an Engineering Lead to lead our team responsible for Legal, Compliance and Group Management (Corporate Secretariat) applications. As an Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building and operating products within the Legal, Compliance and Group Management portfolio that majorly consists of SaaS/COTS integrations and a few custom full-stack solutions.
Requirements
- Architect technical solutions
- Provide design decisions on developing, integrating and managing applications
- Oversee the technical direction of projects/initiatives
- Be a catalyst leader and line manager for your engineers
- Co-lead your squad (internal and external engineers) with the Product Owner
- Act as a liaison between the engineering team and other teams
- Work hands-on in your squad and stay on top of new technologies
- Peer-review other architectures
- Implement and maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation
- Identify areas for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance team efficiency and productivity
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of squad members
