Job Description
As a PULSE & Network Customer Manager, you will ensure partners have the appropriate level of support, familiarize with policy implementation, and drive excellence in service. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your insurance experience in a new and exciting way and support us in our mission to reduce the inherent friction in the delivery of International Programs.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of insurance industry experience
- Knowledgeable in the administration of global insurance programs and commercial insurance policies
- Demonstrated ability of managing stakeholders at every level of the organization, internationally, internally and externally
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English is a must; German is highly appreciated; other languages are an asset
