Job Description
We are seeking a Legal Counsel to work in our Asia legal team, supporting on legal and regulatory matters relating to Swiss Re's businesses and operations in Southeast Asia.
Requirements
- At least 10 years PQE, legal qualified lawyer from a reputable university
- Good team player and able to work in a collaborative and agile environment
- Able to work independently and collaborate with teams and stakeholders across various jurisdictions
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good communication and cross-cultural skills
- Prior experience in (re)insurance matters & multiple jurisdictions required
- Prior experience in and good understanding of regulatory and licensing topics in cross-border scenarios
- Possess excellent drafting, negotiation and influencing skills
