Surety Underwriter (Hybrid)

The Surety Underwriter will initiate, lead, and conduct the deal underwriting process, focusing on traditional and real estate guarantees. They will approve transactions, present them internally, and assist the underwriting lead in internal and external discussions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in analysis of infrastructure and real estate projects
• University graduate in Law, administration, accounting, engineering
• Hard working individual, willing to go extra mile
• Curiosity and open-mindedness, ability to create alternative solutions
• Strong dedication to meeting immediate objectives and achieving long term goals
• Mature and self-confident personality with ability also to face clients, business partners and senior colleagues
• Command of the English language
• Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office
