Job Description
Technical Operations Manager APAC responsible for execution of technical facilities management and internal environment management workstreams. Key responsibilities include technical subject matter expertise, ICT facility MEP design and operation, sustainability, health and well-being knowledge, and design, build, commission, and maintenance track record.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering related disciplines
- ISO 14001 lead auditor certification
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in engineering services operation and infra projects context
- Corporate Real Estate experience
- Medium size project MEP design and execution experience
- Deep knowledge on Building Management System design, implementation and operation
- ITIL based change & incident management knowledge and track record
- Experience with ISO14001 standards
- Solid understanding of large/complex corporations and corresponding premises needs
- Capability to provide umbrella operational function as well as detailed solutions for in-country needs
