Job Description
The Underwriter Renewable Energy & Utility will generate new business through marketing to intermediaries, develop relationships with and seek business flow from intermediaries, and assess the insurability of new and renewing submissions. The role involves working with global teams, coordinating with internal units, and participating in deal teams to execute transactions.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Science is essential.
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese, both written and spoken, and fluency in English.
- 3+ years of experience in the engineering/plant industries or (re)insurance industries, ideally with Renewable Energy, Engineering, or Property experience.
- Experience in the construction industry would be an advantage.
