Operations & Strategy Manager

The Operations & Strategy Manager will lead a team responsible for operational tooling, automation, and governance, and drive a tech-enabled operating model to increase efficiency and reduce error.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy, or Product within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams, setting direction, prioritizing effectively, and driving consistent execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with high fluency in Looker, SQL, and advanced spreadsheets.
• Demonstrated success improving processes, systems, or quality through technology, automation, or governance structures.
• Experience designing performance measurement frameworks, auditing models, or operational control mechanisms.
