Strategy & Ops Associate

Sword Health is shifting healthcare from human-first to AI-first through its AI Care platform. The Strategy & Ops Associate will report directly to the Growth Department leadership and will be responsible for supporting Sword Health's rapid growth by working on high-impact strategic projects and operational initiatives to drive revenue and better experience to our members.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or in a high-growth startup environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to structure and manage data for efficient decision-making.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve strategic goals.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
