Sword Health is shifting healthcare from human-first to AI-first through its AI Care platform. The Sales Readiness Lead, Payor & Partner Success role is responsible for designing, developing, and executing the Sales Readiness program for the Payor & Partner Success organization, ensuring the sales team is equipped with the knowledge, content, and skills necessary to accelerate pipeline and drive revenue growth in the payor channel.
Requirements
- 5+ years working directly within payor networks or payor-focused organizations
- Comprehensive understanding of the payor sales cycle and selling from within a health plan
- Fluency in payor economics and value-based care models
- Experience navigating both commercial and government (Medicare Advantage) lines of business
- Proven track record of training complex healthcare solutions to payor sales teams
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex clinical/product information into compelling payor value propositions
- Excellence in cross functional communication with product, R&D, marketing, and sales
- Ability to travel 10% of time (approximately 1x monthly) for in-person payor team engagement
