Front Office Manager for a new luxury hotel in Zakynthos, Greece. Responsible for leading the Front Office team, managing the department, and delivering high service standards. Requires leadership skills, business acumen, and experience in the luxury hotel market.
Requirements
- Responsible for assuring attentive courteous and efficient service in the department
- Lead and inspire the in-property Front Office team, to deliver a consistent level of service
- Accountable for short- and long-term planning and the management of the hotel's Front Office Department
- Develop and recommend the budget, labour cost plans and objectives and manage within those approved plans
- Coach and counsel team members to reflect SOPs service standards and procedures
- Track record of experience in the luxury end of the market
- Area hotel experience and / or knowledge is essential
- The ability to improve and maintain high service standards
- A self-motivated, driven, results-oriented, and proactive attitude is required
- Business reporting and commercial acumen is a must
- Leadership skills to motivate and develop the department and to ensure accomplishment of goals.
- Able to set priorities, plan, organize, delegate, and control.
