The Millwright is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical systems and equipment within the injection molding facility. This includes presses, auxiliary equipment, automation systems, and plant infrastructure.
Requirements
- Licensed Industrial Millwright (433A) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or injection molding environment.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Experience with injection molding machines (such as Engel, Husky, or Arburg) and related auxiliary equipment.
- Basic electrical and PLC troubleshooting skills considered an asset.
- Ability to operate machine tools (lathe, mill, grinder, etc.) for repair and fabrication.
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness.
