Plant Controller

The Plant Controller is responsible for planning and directing the accounting operations at the Delduca location, ensuring all financial goals and objectives are met or exceeded. The role involves implementing internal controls, producing financial reports, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions.

Requirements

• Implements and maintains a system of local internal controls over accounting transactions
• Produces monthly financial reports and performs budget/forecast analysis
• Provides financial analysis and works with team to ensure customer invoicing and receivables are accurate
• Maintains general ledger, reconciles accounts, and prepares journal entries
• Manages vendor relationships and ensures compliance with government requirements
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
