Automation General Manager

Symbotic is seeking an Automation General Manager to oversee operations and production management across Symbotic’s customer distribution center site. The role requires a leader to guide and influence the site team towards achieving operational excellence and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering best-in-class service to our distribution centers and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of operations.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Industrial Automation, Business Administration required, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 7+ years of related functional management and direct supervisory experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years of direct management and leadership within an operations environment.
• Knowledge and experience in logistics, material management, inventory control systems, and manufacturing operations.
• Ability to drive change and implement process improvements.
• Strong understanding of operational metrics and performance management.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Budget preparation and control experience.
