Job Description
Symbotic is seeking talented professionals to join its Operations Development Program (ODP). The program is a two-year rotational program designed to prepare high-potential individuals for impactful Operations roles within the organization. The program offers a hands-on learning experience, combining rotations across key teams, mentoring, formal training, and direct feedback from senior leaders to accelerate growth and impact.
Requirements
- Recent Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain, or a Bachelor's degree with equivalent work or military experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work
- Passion for technology, operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Flexibility to relocate and travel as needed during the program
