Job Description
This is a high-impact, hands-on role at the intersection of engineering, customer success, and AI innovation. The Senior Solutions Engineer will partner with prospective customers to co-create real-world AI agent solutions using the company's AI Studio platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Field Engineering, or Pre-Sales within healthcare technology.
- Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare workflows, particularly at the payer–provider intersection.
- Strong programming ability (Python or JavaScript preferred); you can build and demo production-quality solutions.
- Experience working with or designing multi-agent systems or LLM-based applications.
- Ability to communicate clearly with engineers, clinicians, and executive stakeholders.
