Job Description
Synthesia is seeking Enterprise Account Executives to expand their client base in Germany. They are a rapidly growing AI video communications platform that simplifies video production, allowing large organizations to quickly and efficiently communicate and share knowledge through video. The role involves driving ARR through new customers and expanding existing ones within the enterprise market. Synthesia was one of the fastest-growing European companies to reach unicorn status.
Requirements
- Native-level German (essential)
- Experience selling to Enterprise clients in DACH (1k-10k employees)
- Proven experience in b2b SaaS sales
- Strong understanding of market dynamics & ROI
- Validates business value through methodologies like MEDDPICC
- Executive presence with excellent German & English
