Join Synthesia as a Sales Development Manager and lead a high-performing SDR team in NYC. This role requires a strategic thinker who can execute and generate high-quality pipeline and revenue.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years as a top-performing SDR
- At least 3 years of experience managing SDR teams
- Strong expertise in inbound and outbound processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, or similar sales tools
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
