Job Description
The Office of Information and Technology (OIT) has a dedicated Network Operations Center (NOC) and Wireless Network Operations Center (WOC) team focused on providing 24/7 support for network stability, maintenance, incident response, and performance reporting for key infrastructure components within the Enterprise Infrastructure and Operations Directorate (EIOD). This role involves leading NOC technicians, coordinating WOC support, developing SOPs, and managing network performance. They need to focus on wireless networks.
