Job Description
SystImmune is a rapidly growing US-based biotech company seeking a Director/Senior Director/Executive Director to drive business development within the oncology space. This role involves leading all aspects of the BD process, including partner engagement, research, and licensing, with a focus on the emerging Chinese market. The company offers a unique opportunity to leverage its US and Chinese R&D infrastructures to accelerate innovation.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in business development, strategy consulting, or investment role in the biopharma industry
- Master’s or doctoral degree (preferred) in a related scientific field
- Strong credibility within the biotech and pharmaceutical industry in China as a BD leader
- Proven experience in business development search and due diligence
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
