Job Description
T-Rex Solutions is seeking a results-driven Network Operations Center (NOC) Tier 1 Shift Lead to support their U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Network Operations Center (NOC). This role is critical for maintaining network stability, responding to incidents, and ensuring network performance. The position involves 24/7 on-site work, coordinated tasks, and strong technical skills.
Requirements
- Relevant IT certifications (ITIL v3, CompTIA, CCNA)
- Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience in Tier 1 support operations
- Strong understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing protocols, network topology)
- US citizenship required
