Job Description
T-Rex Solutions is seeking a results-driven Network Program Manager to lead their U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Network Operations Center (NOC) program. This role involves maintaining, supporting, and improving network stability and performance for CBP’s key network components, ensuring they function as critical tools for real-time monitoring, incident response, and problem resolution. This is a 24x7 operation in Ashburn, VA.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- 10+ years’ experience in managing contract operation support functions
- Relevant project management certifications (PMP, ITIL v3, CCNA, CCNP)
- US citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain CBP public trust clearance
