Job Description
T-Rex Solutions is seeking a results-driven NOC Technical Manager to support their U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Network Operations Center (NOC). This program objective is to provide ongoing support for CBP's NOC and Wireless Network Operations Center (WNOC), ensuring network stability, availability, and rapid incident resolution. The position is 24x7x365, on-site in Ashburn, VA.
Requirements
- Provide oversight and guidance to the technical team supporting Network infrastructure operations.
- Translate business requirements into telecommunications requirements.
- Monitor and analyze network performance, identify problems, and recommend IT alternatives.
- Manage network performance, ensure service quality, and review network tools.
- Lead and participate in the selection of network performance tools and systems.
