Requirements

• Knowledge of CM methods, standards (KM2) and process models (V-Model, SAFe, Scrum)
• Planning and optimization skills for CM activities in a multi-project environment
• Experience with development tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Interest in structured recording of complex relationships in technical and organizational systems
• Clear and persuasive communication skills
• Teamwork and mutual support
• Very good German skills in word and writing
• Good English skills in word and writing
• Preparedness for regular business trips within Germany
