Requirements

• Knowledge of CM methods, standards (KM2) and process models (V-Model, SAFe, Scrum)
• Planning and optimization skills for CM activities in a multi-project environment
• Experience with current development tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Interest in the structured recording of complex and abstract relationships in technical and organizational systems
• Clear and convincing communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Very good German skills in word and writing
• Good English skills in word and writing
• Willingness to travel regularly within Germany
