Chef D'equipe

The Team Chef will work closely with the store manager to help store team members achieve sales performance expectations through active coaching, team selling environment development, and operational excellence. The role requires inspiring the store team, executing to maximize growth and potential, creating an engaged and inclusive store environment, improving customer experience through operational excellence, and exceeding customer expectations in all interactions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in retail or sales
• Creative person with good judgment and a pulse on the company
• Motivated, results-driven, strategic thinker
• Solid organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrates active listening and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to train and develop high-performing store teams
• Master of technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing
• Ability to use a computer and point-of-sale system
