Job Description

They have a remote-first approach with offices in various locations, including Santa Monica, CA, Nairobi, Kenya, Mexico City, Mexico, Manila, the Philippines, and Bangalore, India. They are seeking a proactive Fraud Operations Manager to lead investigation and mitigation efforts within their designated markets.
Requirements
- Oversee daily monitoring of fraud and operational metrics.
- Lead and conduct complex fraud investigations.
- Develop and implement new fraud controls.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data analytics teams.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of fraud operations specialists.
