Regional Organizing Manager - Rio Grande Valley

Talarico for Texas is seeking a distributed organizing manager to join James Talarico’s US Senate campaign in the Rio Grande Valley. This full-time, paid position focuses on building a strong volunteer base, achieving ambitious voter contact goals, and leading organizing efforts within the RGV, providing training and support to staff and volunteers. The role involves managing field organizers, recruiting new supporters, planning events, and tracking data.

Requirements

• 2+ cycles of campaign field experience.
• Demonstrated success in meeting voter contact goals.
• Strong knowledge of VAN/MiniVAN and voter contact tools.
• Excellent people skills - inspiring, coaching, and accountability.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Deep commitment to building diverse, inclusive, and empowering organizing spaces.
• Willingness to work long hours, evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
