Regional Organizing Manager - San Antonio

Talarico for Texas is seeking a Distributed Organizing Manager to join James Talarico’s US Senate campaign. This full-time, paid position focuses on leading organizing efforts in key parts of the state, providing staff and volunteers with the support and training needed to achieve ambitious voter contact goals. The role involves volunteer recruitment, direct voter contact, and the development of strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• 2+ cycles of campaign field experience
• Demonstrated success in meeting ambitious voter contact or organizing goals
• Strong knowledge of VAN/MiniVAN and voter contact tools
• Excellent people skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Deep commitment to building diverse, inclusive and empowering organizing spaces
• Willingness to work long hours, evenings, and weekends, and to travel extensively within your region
